How To Report a Storm Closing

Instructions for Storm Closing Sign-up:

To become part of our storm closings, the company / school / church has to mail a letter via USPS on their letterhead with all of your contact information for verification.  Include name, address, contact name, phone numbers, email address, and signature of person requesting the cancellation OR you can fax the same letter to 413-788-7640, ATT:  Storm Closings

Once we receive your information we will mail out a code for you to use during the year.

If there is a need for a closing before an organization has received your code, you MUST FAX a request detailing today’s cancellation on letterhead to 413-788-7640.  It can be manually added for the day.  This will be for a one-time closing.  You still need to follow the procedure of mailing a letter on letterhead to get a formal closing code.

We handle it this way for security purposes.
